Based in Parker, Colorado, I serve clients throughout the Denver metro area, including Parker, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Aurora, Denver, Englewood, Westminster, and surrounding communities. I specialize in Buyer Representation, Residential Listings, Property Management, Tenant Placement, and Real Estate Investment Strategy.

My property management experience gives me a unique perspective on real estate. I work directly with rental properties—from evaluating rental income and marketing vacancies to tenant placement, maintenance, turnovers, and long-term property performance. That experience is especially valuable for clients who are buying, selling, or building a real estate investment portfolio.

I take a data-driven approach to real estate, regularly analyzing MLS and market information through REcolorado, Realtor.com, and other local market resources. Whether I’m pricing a home for sale, evaluating a purchase, or determining the rental potential of an investment property, I want my clients to understand the numbers behind the decision.

I live in Parker and enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, getting outdoors, and following sports.
